If your POV Frames aren't right for you, here's how to return them.
30-day return window
You can return your POV Frames within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.
How to start a return
Email us at support@povframes.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
